A Third Set of Photographs: While we were discussing and fielding comment after comment on the first two sets of photographs, yet another set of photographs would hit the Net. This time, six very clear photographs were submitted to the Flickr.com web site. They were submitted by a member known as rajman1977, who claimed to have captured images of a strange-looking craft over the city of Capitola, California on March 16. This time we had a combination of the first two sets, in a sense.
The Capitola Object: The Capitola object had only four appendages, like the Lake Tahoe craft, yet the images were digital, and clearly showed lettering underneath one of the arms. The lettering, though very similar to the first set of photographs in its formation, was different in character set. Again, many suggestions were made as to the lettering and symbols used, yet again without a perfect match. Was this an alien language, or simply made up symbolism to appear to be extraterrestrial?
Similar in Genuineness: Although it has been suggested that one person is behind the entire series of sightings and photographs, there has been no proof of this at this time. The Capitola sighting reads very similar to the previous two accounts, at least in appearing to be genuine and serious. A couple who were announcing their engagement were visiting relatives, and having dinner on the back porch. Suddenly, they saw a strange object which appeared to be hovering in the sky.
Six Photographs Taken: A camera was at hand, and quickly used to capture the object. Soon, the object moved over the roof of the house, so the witness ran into the street to afford another clear shot of the unknown craft. The object then moved just over a telephone poll, where several more shots were taken. It then flew rapidly into the distance, but a few more photographs were snapped. During this time, a passing motorist stopped and watched the object.
Witnesses Baffled: None of the witnesses had a clue as to what they were watching, and according to the witness, they were visibly shaken from the sighting. For some time after the object was gone, the photographers hands were still shaking. Because of the object being in close proximity to other houses in the area, the witness felt that someone else must have seen it besides her family and the occupants of the one car.
Family Discusses Event: The family would discuss this strange event for the rest of the evening, all perplexed by what they had seen. One of the family members was a mechanical engineer, but he was also stumped by the strange appearance of the object. Take a look at these latest entries at Six Photographs of Strange Craft.
Investigation Ongoing: We are still investigating the sightings and photographs of these strange objects, knowing full well that we may be on a wild goose chase. At this time, there seems to be mounting evidence that the object in the photographs is real, albeit man-made. The object, according to the majority of researchers, is most likely some type of aerial surveillance vehicle.
Conclusions: The only problem with this solution is that if this is the case, why has it been photographed three times in the last two months, and never before. Unless, the vehicle has only been recently put into service. Hopefully, someone will find a photograph of the object being used on the job on planet Earth, and put an end to the mystery of the strange craft.
